In this episode of the Super Strength Show, Cody Miller takes us on his journey to becoming a competitive Powerlifter and the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Bucknell University. During this interview, Cody BUSTS the myth of overtraining!
Cody Miller is currently an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Bucknell University. He is directly responsible for the programming of the men’s and women’s tennis, golf, and water polo teams, as well as the track and field throwers and pole vaulters. He assists all other sports at Bucknell except football.
A 2012 graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in exercise physiology, Miller joins the the Bison staff following two years as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Clemson University with Olympic Sports.
A native of New Cumberland, West Virginia, Miller also served as a strength and conditioning intern at Robert Morris University, The University of Missouri and West Virginia University. He was also the head strength coach at Franciscan University in Ohio in 2011-2012.
Miller has competed in raw powerlifting since 2010 and has achieved a 610 lbs. squat, a 450 lbs. bench press, and a 625 lbs. deadlift.
