Descripción: Muchas personas en todo el mundo no lo saben, pero para quienes han investigado este fenómeno no es ninguna novedad, el día 18/12/1978 una asamblea general de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas... (O.N.U.) la Nº 33/426, ordenó a la crear una agencia para la investigación del fenómeno OVNI, la cual tiene entre sus facultades crear políticas para la relación entre nuestro mundo y seres extraterrestres, está rama de la pólítica se conoce como exopolítica.

El próximo 25 y 26 de Julio de 2009 en Barcelona se llevará a cabo la cumbre de exopolíticas que contará con grandes especialistas en esta rama.

A pocos días del evento Miguel Blanco desde su programa "Espacio en Blanco" del 11 de Julio de 2009, entrevista a dos de los expositores que estarán en aquel importante evento, en primer lugar desde Austria a Klaus Dona y luego al Canadiense fundador de la exopolítica, el abogado Alfred Lambremont Webre.
