Guided by “The Golden Rule,” Al built a business known for integrity and respect, helping thousands of jobseekers find meaningful careers. He also taught management and supply chain courses as an adjunct professor at the University of Virginia and holds both a Bachelor’s and MBA from the University of Richmond. Now retired, Al enjoys writing, painting, traveling, golf, and fishing.
