In the spirit of leaning into the good, in today’s episode I share 10 things from my gratitude journal.
What are you grateful for? If it’s been a minute since you’ve stopped and thought about this, I encourage you to take time to take 10-15 minutes out of your day or this week and write down a few things you're grateful for. You’ll be happily surprised by the positive impact this exercise will have on your vibe and mindset.
10 Things I’m Grateful for:
Kindness
Leaders who lead with humanity and empathy
Friends, family, my boyfriend (and their wellbeing)
Moving back home to be near family
My job
Therapy
The pod (Precisely Nowhere)
Vacations (long live girls trips & family trips)
My walking pad & pilates
My voice
