Except, that’s exactly what Bailey did. For 4 years, she has dug deep and built Bondi Bowls to the food truck empire that it is now. In our conversation, we talk through the challenges and difficulties she has faced while on this journey, but also the reasoning behind why she does what she does and how she carries herself as a leader. She explains how it’s not always sunshine and happiness, but God has a designed purpose in everything, and committing to Him and obeying His commands yields the greatest fruit.
