"Ballad of a Teenage Queen" es una canción de 1958 escrita por Jack Clement y grabada por Johnny Cash, con música de fondo de The Tennessee Two. Fue grabada para el álbum recopilatorio Sings the Songs That Made Him Famous. Llegó al número 14 en los Estados Unidos, al número 1 en las listas Billboard Hot Country Songs, donde permaneció durante diez semanas, y al número 2 en Australia. Fue regrabada en 1987 por Rosanne Cash con The Everly Brothers y alcanzó el puesto 45 en las listas Billboard Hot Country Songs.
