On Air Radio drives av On Air Media Group, en non-profit organisasjon. Vi holder til på Ryen i Oslo, her vi har etablert et studio og produksjonslokale. Det er en gode som veldig få andre nettradioer har, og vi er selvsagt veldig stolte av hva vi har fått til så langt. On Air Radio startet først som en tenårsdrøm, da Vidar Seigen satt mutters alene på hybelen sin på Gjøvik. Interessen for radio oppstod da en tidligere nettradio tilfeldigvis dukket opp på skjermen. Hele lytteropplevelsen var fasinerende! Det var unge mennesker man aldri hadde hørt om, som potensielt hadde hele verden som publikum. Etter flere år som fast lytter, vokste drømmen om å skape noe slikt selv. Drømmen ble forsøkt realisert flere ganger, men ble preget av få pådrivere. Det var først i 2011 at den store planleggingen startet, og (re)lanseringen fant sted i februar 2012. Kanalen drives av entusiastiske mennesker med interesse for musikk og radio, som foreløpig kun har dette som hobby. Hobby eller ikke, det er produktet som er avgjørende, og vi jobber hardt for å gjøre vårt produkt til det beste i miljøet.
