One Minute Devotion - December 5th, 2024

Betrayal is a bitter blow regardless of what form it takes. Whether we are talking about an incestuous parent, a spouse who is unfaithful, or a friend who turns on us, the emotional fallout can be devastating. No one is immune. Sooner or later most of us will suffer some form of betrayal therefore it is critically important that we learn, not only how to survive betrayal, but how to overcome it.

Help us Lord Jesus, for betrayal tempts us to become bitter and cynical. Heal our hurts and restore our joy. In Your holy name we pray. Amen.
