Joseph Sylthe is a Chicago artist that is the next generation of crate diggers. His knowledge and ability to find those rare gems on vinyl has brought much respect. I was first introduced to Joseph at a techno camp out called "Tent Sex". He was standing there next to the DJ booth trainspotting, waiting patiently for his turn, which is usually a sign of someone that is into the craft and yearning to learn. Nowadays you can hear him play at underground events and has recently become a Klectik artist, which is a techno label based in Chicago. It's still early in his career so get to know Joseph because he's just like the records in his DJ bag, a hidden gem.
