20/20 Meditate for Peace is free guided meditation course, with the power to help the healing of the world. The course starts with a 1-minute meditation on day 1 and adds 1 minute per day for 20 consecutive days, leading to a 20-minute meditation on day 20.

It is a great way for both novice and seasoned meditators to establish a daily meditation practice, and gain access to the wisdom that resides within each of us.
