After all, if we aren’t constantly striving for growth, what’s the point of living if a purposeful life is what you want?  Studies have shown that one of the factors of longevity in one’s life is whether or not you are living with purpose.  Those that have found purpose in living live significantly longer and healthier lives than those who haven’t found purpose.
