New Year Resolutions
Episode in
A Hot Mess with Dr. Sandra Saville
I talk about New Year Resolutions - did you make one? have you started yet? have you already given up? Mindset work is important for you to keep your changes important. Set yourself up each and every day for success, not failure. Ways in which you can do this is through journaling - be it as written, video, audio, or speaking your desires to the universe. It doesn't need to be fancy - it just needs to be done. If you procrastinate, find yourself a coach, accountability partner, or someone to work with you. Do not do this by yourself. We are our own worst friend and best enemy. It's important for you to find a partner to help move your forward.

A Hot Mess with Dr. Sandra Saville
In this episode I discuss having integrity, specifically with yourself. Understanding what it is that you need and want, then staying on point with making sure you receive what it is you need. Look at your life and if there is an area you are unhappy with, work on it. It will be difficult at first but in the end life will improve and be much better. Write in your journal to determine where in your life you need to work on to start turning things around and make yourself happy. You're worth it!

A Hot Mess with Dr. Sandra Saville

A Hot Mess with Dr. Sandra Saville

It takes more energy to be negative and ignore someone than it does when being positive or facing a situation straight on. Stop flushing yourself down a toilet and start enjoying being you.

Cholesterol Stress Relationship
Episode in
A Hot Mess with Dr. Sandra Saville
Do you know the relationship between Cholesterol and Stress? Cholesterol is used by your body as a protective barrier...when we have a build up of plaque in our arteries/veins it may actually be our body's way of plugging up and stopping micro-tears. Cholesterol is also the precursor in the body for making our steroid hormones: estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, DHEA...cortisol is the steroid hormone (adrenaline) that is needed to help react to stress. If your cholesterol is high, are you under a lot of stress? Something to think about...

If you didn't care - why do you get depressed?
Episode in
A Hot Mess with Dr. Sandra Saville
Too many of us are unhappy with our lives, and in fact tend to numb the pain with behaviors that in fact feed our unhappiness. We know before we commit an act that we're not going to like the outcome of how we'll feel, yet we do it anyway. And then we tell ourselves we don't care. But you do...otherwise you wouldn't feel depressed about it. You can lie to everyone but yourself...

Sex - I want some
Episode in
A Hot Mess with Dr. Sandra Saville
Why is sex so taboo in our society? We need to talk about the benefits of having sex and why its not a bad thing. I'm finding women want sex more so than men and are becoming more aggressive in the bedroom. The incidences of ED in men are growing (no pun intended) and our sex lives are lacking.

Updated
