Ok, so like I said sometime in 2019 (around the end of 2020 I believe) I would come up with a better schedule and I have. Hey, I don't know about you but sometimes I just want to have a place where I can let out a little (friendly)  steam without having to be bombarded with explenations, advice or a crocked eye.  I post in Facebook groups both ADHD and business groups but I haven still now found a combiantion of those two so I created one.
