Kinga Rębowska is one of the first Polish people that I have met here in Denmark. Our first encounter was at a shop where she was working at the time. After I got my espresso I remember that she gave me a business card and she told me about the opening event that is going to happen at her brand new bakery. And...guess what, this happened exactly a couple of days before COVID-19 put us in quarantine. I believe that if someone would be faced with such a dilemma they would probably consider the idea of "giving up"... Well... as you can see, beautiful people, she is here to share how she managed to face all the challenges that a young entrepreneur is facing in the beginning and how she fought with the virus despite all the hard times every business was and is still facing because of COVID-19. Madalina Nica is another Romanian that I had the opportunity to meet here in Denmark. She is a full-time medicine student in Romania and a full-time tourist in Denmark atm. A kind, dominating, calm and calculated soul; specific of a doctor if you ask me. A med student that also knows how to handle the wilderness, so if you have her in your presence you can be sure that she has your back in any kind of environment.
