If you don't learn how to let go of somethings in your life, you will never be able to do what God has called you to do. Are we following our plan of success or God's purpose in our life? Jesus motivation through his encounter was love. Let go of the little you have for something greater that God has for you.

Saved...to make one safe and protected from the judgement of God. It's by now power on our own, not because we deserve it, it's only through Christ are we perfected. Grace= unmerited favor. Transgression=deliberate & willful in rebellion against God. We have 2 natures at war. Spriritual nature & Flesh nature. One is to please God and server others. The other is "all about me and my desires."

Epistle of hope and love of the believer. Don't try to change your calling to something God has not called you to. The contentment where you are called to what you are called. You can't know the grace of God until you know the peace of God.

Are you allowing the cares of this world to take you from your commitment to your relationship with Jesus? With the power of the parable of the sower. He who received seed among the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it and bears fruit. Which one are you.

To celebrate the annointed one, Jesus. Many of us are going through circumstances that may be tough and have memories that are not good around Christmas. How is your attitude this Christmas, is your problem bigger than Jesus or is Jesus bigger than our problem.

Satan goes about like a roaring lion looking to devour. We who understand this should let people know what its like looking inside out instead of outside in like people do who don't know Him. The same people that follow the course of this world, they don't know the joy that we have in the presence of the Lord.

How many times have you been in a situation where everyone around you is getting their miracles but you aren't even though you trust in believe God. You need to press through and stand close to Jesus just like Jairus did even though Jesus didn't seem to answer Him right away.

Religious systems vs Relationship with Jesus Christ Sheepfold = a walled enclosure where the sheep go @ the end of the day The shepherd sleeps in the doorway to protect the sheep In the morning the shepherd calls them out by name to follow him You are God’s sheep or you are not God’s sheep All sheep her His voice but only His sheep respond to this voice/call Responding to religious systems does not work Relationship NOT religion Religion = man’s efforts to reach an infinite God Bringing the finite to the infinite does not work Christianity = God reaching to man The infinite reaching to finite Religious systems will destroy a man but a relationship with Christ will bring life and that more abundantly. No religious system gives you the power to overcome your sins, free you from guilt or give the power to live right.

Prayer is petitioning God for His will to be done here on earth as it is in heaven. Vs 1-2- the motive of your righteous deeds. There is a right way to pray and a wrong way to pray...Seek to impress God, not man. Examine yourself (as David did ask God to examine your heart). Do nothing in vain glory whether it be prayer, counsel, service or speaking. Hold fast to the knowledge of God's righteousness.

In light of the current events around us it is important to remember that "blessed are the peacemakers" NOT blessed are the side takers. Psalm 46:1 our refuge. Ecclesiastes=preacher..when asked of God for what he wanted Solomon asked for wisdom..Solomon was cynical of the world) He studied all that the world had to offer to see if it would bring joy & purpose to his life...it did not work. Without God =like grasping for the wind.

Our brothers & sisters of the house of Israel Vs 22- Son of David=the promised one, a Messianic title, how did she know this? Vs 23- she is ignored- disciples wanted Jesus to send her away. Vs 24-25-Jesus accepted her worship, she rayed a simple prayer. Vs 26- called her a dog but in vs 27-29 she continued to believe & her faithfulness was rewarded.

Nature in Scripture: Tree of good & evil, Fig tree, Cedars of Lebanon, Oaks of righteousness (Isaiah 61:3), Fruit bearing (John 15:8).We are to bear good fruit, we represent God's glory when we do this. We are a part of a great symphony of praise before the Lord. Our duties in a nutshell- Heb 10: 19-25 = draw near to God with a true heart. Also, like to young walnut tree bares the same fruit as a seasoned tree, all can be used, young and old and bear the fruit of the Lord.

Why do we always want more? David did not think of himself as a murderer when he committed adultery with Bethsheba...you cannot sin with impunity before God with no consequence. Any philosophy that causes you to believe that you can sin or leads you into deeper sin presuming on the grace of God is a lie (grace being used as a cloak of sin) Sin though forgiven does leave a mark
