Hey y'all! Although this episode was a bit of a struggle to record (you'll hear why), between my unending cough, ghetto birds aka the hood helicopters and recording in a more open space, we still managed to record our mental health episode. We sat down with our cousin, Heather Martin, a licensed therapist, to discuss all things mental health. In observance of mental health week at the beginning of the month, we thought it important to discuss the various forms of mental illness, the stigmas behind it and how to address it for ourselves in a healthy way and for those closest to us.
