Guided by Kelly Ingraham, Ancient Future Heart asks the “big” questions - why are we here? Where did we come from? What is our place in this Universe? Where do we go? Each episode we examine the mystery of life, across ancient history and mythology, spiritual traditions and religions, psychology and philosophy, evolutionary science and quantum field theory. We don’t seek to find answers, but to play in the possibility. As we expand our awareness, we gain a more cosmic perspective on life. This allows us to better understand the world around us, ourselves, and tap into gratitude for it all.

The Romance of Reality

March’s book is the Romance of Reality by Bobby Azarian and it’s essential reading as far as I’m concerned. It’s essentially an attempt at a scientific theory of everything - the big kahuna in cosmology… and also LIFE. It’s a theory called adaptive complexity science and it integrates physics, biology, neuroscience, computer science, evolutionary theory and statistics. Azarian, a cognitive neuroscientist, argues through rigorous scientific and mechanistic explanation that our biosphere and the entire universe are undergoing an adaptive transformation towards increased intelligence and complexity. This is Part One - it’s free for all subscribers & listeners. For paid subscribers on Substack, there’s a deep dive Part Two episode where I cover how to apply this mind-blowing information to your life and business, I talk niches and your uniqueness, future freedom and money, AI and collective unconscious, and how to actively cosmically awaken.  Go to kellyingraham.substack.com to become a member / paid subscriber.
