While I talk a bit about the energy this time of year, relate that to The Hermit and Four of Swords in the Tarot (can't stop won't stop with the Tarot Segments!), and finish up with a sweet Crystal Corner - the focus of this episode is the Meditation at the 15 minute mark. The meditation is a quilt of practices gleaned from my experience and work with clients. Incorporating foundational elements such as grounding and running energy, and the concept of one's Higher Self. I also take you on a journey to release the lessons of the past year and burdens that have long served their purpose; this creates space for expansion and growth. While I plan a separate episode going deeper into that, it feels urgent to remember the divine alchemy necessary for each of us to find deeper peace and alignment; that is the union of our opposites, the integration of our light and shadow, finding ebb and flow of our own divine "masculine" and divine "feminine." This is a pretty esoteric solo episode and view into the noodle soup of my mind, and it's all very far from perfect or complete but I do hope it provides some deeper understanding and brings balance to what has felt like a lopsided conversation. Everyone is talking about Twin Flames and so are we!
