Roberta has learned so much about the death process and the period immediately following death that in 2010 she published a brief summary of the best information called The Fun of Dying – Find Out What Really Happens Next. Her second book about the afterlife, The Fun of Staying in Touch, will document the many ways in which the dead contact us, and the wonderful recent research that is making it easier for us to contact them.

In this Ask Dr. Love radio show, I will explain why gratitude is linked to relationship satisfaction. A decade of research now proves the link between gratitude and relationship satisfaction. I will outline the link between gratitude and relationship investment: the more couples value each other, the more they feel invested in working on the relationship and behaving in responsive ways. Because gratitude is infectious, one partner’s gratitude instills a similar feeling of gratitude in the other. This creates a relationship enhancing snowball effect. Do You Quantum Think? On Ask Dr Love

Episode in Ask Dr. Love
This is the question that bestselling author, Dianne Collins, asks you to ask yourself. Collins asserts that the human race is at a critical juncture in its development and it is our collective responsibility to evolve our thought process or face the consequences. Ms. Collins explains that our thinking has not evolved past an ‘Industrial Age’ paradigm rooted in a mechanical world view. Einstein’s relativity and the quantum physics of the 20th century initiated a process of dismantling this archaic model. Just as quantum physics redefined the physical world, the aim of Quantum Thinking is to reinvent perception in a way that is better suited for the shifting realities of modern times. The message of Do You QuantumThink? is divided among “21 QuantumThink Distinctions” which blend scientific knowledge, spiritual wisdom, and current philosophy into a practical modern approach that will attune the readers to the essence of our time and the ability to think in sync with it. Some important concepts that you will draw from Do You QuantumThink? are: The power of Intent to manifest results in Observer-created Reality The disciplined use of Intuition as our access to the non-local field of Infinite Intelligence Listening as a dimension of being rather than a skill Awareness to notice and interrupt limited thinking patterns and move beyond them How Mind generates Emotion and how to use this dynamic energy to our advantage Tune in for a thought provoking and mind expanding show with bestselling author Dianne Collins!

The Right Way to Leave a Relationship with guest Jayson Gaddis on Ask Dr Love

Episode in Ask Dr. Love
Some relationships are meant to last a lifetime and beyond. And, sometimes people come into our lives for a brief time to assist us in learning an important lesson, and then they move on. The real question is: How can you tell which relationships are meant to last. And when it’s time to call it quits on a relationship? Is fighting a sign that it’s time to say good-bye?Not always! Many fighting couples wrongly assume that they’re incompatible and that they should break up. But, believe it or not, fighting isn’t usually caused by incompatibility. In fact, very compatible couples fight because they’re carrying Old Scars–the secret cause of most relationship fighting. And, when the Old Scars get healed (that’s what my book Kiss Your Fights Good-bye is all about) the fighting just goes away.) The best way to heal our Old Scars is to use our partners and our relationship to assist our healing efforts. If you don’t do this, and you take a hike, you’re just going to carry your Old Scars into the next relationship, and you’ll end up right where you started again. How do you know when it’s time to say good-bye?  What is the correct way to end your relationship so that you don’t do yourself and your partner harm?  How can you actually grow from the break-up and become more, rather than less, open to love. These are the questions that I’m going to be tackling with Jayson Gaddis, a relationship expert and a breakthrough marriage coach. Jayson helps individuals and couples get unstuck, and eliminate the blocks to having empowered, mature relationships.
