Chocolate cookies for a family friendly day!

Episode in Baking Clever
This podcast is about how to make Chocolate cookies. I recommend to double this recipe just because it would be more family friendly and it will taste better! INGREDIENTS. 1/2 cup butter. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 egg. 1/2 cup chocolate spread (Nutella). 2/3 drops vanilla extract. 3/4 cup white sugar. 1 2/3 cups flour. 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 pinch of salt. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1 cup white or brown chocolate chips. INSTRUCTIONS. Preheat the oven to 350F. Cream the butter and sugars together in a large bowl until the mixture turns pale and creamy. Still using the electric mixer, beat the egg, Nutella, and Vanilla Extract into the creamed butter and sugar mixture, until fully mixed in. Sift the flour, baking and cocoa powder, and salt into a bowl use a wooden spoon to push the mixture through if you need to. Add the sifted flour mixture to the chocolate mixture and gently mix them together with a wooden spoon stir in the chocolate chips. Place 6-7 healing tbsp of cookie dough onto each baking tray leaving space between each mound so they can spread while they cook. Bake for 14 mins take the trays out of the oven and leave the cookies to set for 2-3 mins when set transfer them on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
