Scott has worked as a chef for just shy of 15 years. He started working for the sisters restaurants where he won young chef of the year, he then spent the majority of my career on luxury yachts, & boutique cruise ships. Sailed round the world 3 times on Worked for various hotels and resorts before finding myself as the development chef for Kained Holdings working with the likes of Porter and rye, the finnieston and the drug store social helping create some of Glasgow's most innovative cuisine

Born in Glasgow but raised in Spain. Moved back to university in Glasgow at the age of 18 and soon found myself working in bars. I caught the "bar bug" and went full-time even before graduating. Learnt the skills at Tiki Bar under some phenomenal bartenders and continue to hone my craft as Head Bartender/ Manager at The Finnieston. Nominated for the Top 3 Mixologists of the Year by SLTN and The Finnieston is in the Top 3 for best cocktail bar. Awards ceremony on the same weekend as Good Food Show!
