Creole/Cajun cuisine might just be some of the best food in the world, so, when this episode's guest, Sierra (@gravesyoga) mentioned Gumbo as the dish that takes her back, I of course had to invite her to the kitchen table (or rather she invited herself!). Sierra dropped by to chat about her nomadic upbringing, moving to Berlin on a whim, "slap yo mama meatloaf" and of course the role gumbo played in her childhood. Is there anything better than meat/veggies wrapped in dough? If there is, I haven't discovered it and neither has my guest this episode.
