So many new estheticians are entering the field desiring to be a lash artist. It is a great specialty, and I performed lash extension services almost exclusively for years until one day I decided to quit... I want to share my decision to quit performing eyelash extensions because I have learned a lot about myself and what I want out of my career. I have always been passionate about my work. When I first started doing eyelash extensions, it was great. I loved making people feel beautiful and special. It was an honor to be able to give back in this way. It gave me a sense of purpose and made me feel good about myself. In this episode, I share the details of how I started my career as an esthetician, and ultimately what made me part with my main money-making service. I also share some of the lessons I learned about myself, my career and what it means to be an entrepreneur.
