Beignets and Mimosas

Beignets and Mimosas started out of a late night conversation amongst Blake, Shantrell, Monica, Rachel and Rene. We thought we were hilarious together. Looking back, that may have been the consequence of a few too many drinks. What has remained true, however, is that we are five millenials, each bringing a unique perspective to the table. We wanted to share our stories of dating, navigating careers and living life while providing humor and advice.
