So just how do you measure your age? Do you simply count the number of spins you’ve taken around the sun? That is your chronological age. But you have another clock… that’s your internal clock – your biological age. Did you know you can reset your biological age? A good friend of mine has circled the sun more than 60 times… but over the last year, she has been eating clean, watching her nutrition, exercising and now – after several tests – shows her biological age was reset into her low 40’s. She does Zumba, water aerobics, has two successful home based businesses and is happily married and an involved grandmother; she can run circles folks almost half her age. You must be disciplined in what you eat and how you feed your body nutrition. You body is an amazing machine. Take care of your body by giving it the fuel it needs (food and nutritionals), throw in moderate exercise and keep you life in balance… and your body will take care of you. Food, nutrition, stay active and manage your stress and you can act any age you’d like to be.

Think for a moment – the majority of people are living paycheck to paycheck… the minority is living the life of wealth and financial freedom. One way you can move from the majority to the minority is to start investing in yourself. It’s really matter of how we approach things, are you a “spender” or are you an “investor. As a spender, no matter what we talk about – time, money, family, relationships… once we do something it’s done. As an investor, we use that same time to GROW in those same areas. When we invest, things grow; when things grow we have more of what we invested in. As things grow, we begin living the life of abundance.

We get what we give – if we give abundance, we receive abundance; if we give scarcity we get back a life of scarcity. Start giving abundance, and watch abundance start to come back into your life.

To reach your goals, you must make daily progress, no matter how small, in support of your goal. It’s important that you take the time to lay out and document your plan – showing your major goal, and the daily steps required to hit your target. If you set daily, achievable goals that lead you to your major goals… then do the daily goals; there is virtually no way to miss attaining your major goals in life.

What keeps you from getting the things in life you really want? If you’re happy to stay where you are, if you are happy with what you have and don’t need anything - you don’t have to do anything… nothing will change. But, if you want more – more health, more financial security, more freedom – whatever; someone out there has the answer. All you need to do is start asking – look for a person that can help you gain whatever you seek. Start asking questions: ask who, why, what, how…. If you ask – you will start getting the answers you need to solve you need. When you ask your customers what they need, you will learn more about your customers and allow you to serve them better. Ask yourself: is it more uncomfortable to ask questions – or is it more uncomfortable to not have what you seek. People love to help people – but if they don’t know what you want they can’t help you. If you want referrals, ask for them; if you want a sale, ask for it; if you want help, ask for it. Don’t keep it a secret.
