Episode in
bitchinbookaholics
The Ten Thousand Doors of January is a beautiful fantasy love story and a charming coming of age story. After discussing the book further, it was clear Alix Harrow had a lot to say about power and race in America; who has it and who is excluded. A very timely book club choice. Many thanks to the Bitchin Bookaholics for a rich discussion of the themes in this powerful story.
