Episode 33: Unleash the Power of your Mind with Strategic Thoughts

IN THIS EPISODE I share with you one of the most powerful tools that you can start implementing today to change your life, succeed more often and get up quicker when you fall!! We explore the power of how the thoughts you have directly influence the outcome of your performances. Think about this; More performances have been won and lost not because of the skill of the opponent or or the participant's skill level, but because of their thoughts.  Power of your thoughts Thoughts have destroyed more performances than opponents have. In sports, business and life our own thoughts hinder our progress far more than opponents do. Equally though, far more athletes and businessmen have risen to the top as a result of their thoughts as opposed to talent or luck. Define: A specific thought that is pre planned for a specific time before or during a performance to keep you in the game or when you are thrown off your game. When do you need strategic thoughts: For specific times within performance when you get thrown off. Examples: Thinking about results Comparing to someone else Self doubt Bored High energy Low energy Nervous     ADVICE Take the time to create strategic thoughts!   TOOL Strategic thoughts for specific times during performance when you get thrown off.   THE CHALLENGE 1. Choose a specific performance 2. Think of a time during that performance when you are thrown off your game. 3. Think deeply about what types thoughts will help you rebound from being thrown off. 4.
