Brewing and Distilling

This is the second of the 'primer' episodes that seek to dispel a few common myths and concerns that new distillers may see as large hurdles to getting started with the hobby. CONTENT WARNING: advocation of plastics. After this, things will get a bit more exciting with a look at the different kinds of spirits out there before we get into the real meat of the 'course'.

In this episode we summarise the process of brewing and distilling a self-flavoured spirit in order to give context for later episodes.

In this podcast I will be taking on the massive task of taking an in-depth look at all aspects of brewing and distilling, with the aim of promoting a good general understanding that will apply to both home and professional distilling!
