If you’ve watched or listened to the first episode, then you’ll remember how I mentioned that I wanted to not only give you updates on progress on building a new business but share what I’ve learned in the process. This is the first episode in that series. Having the right mindset is huge, and it's something that I thought I had in the bag when I started many years back because I was ready and willing to “work hard”.  Well, I can tell you there is more to it than just hard work. Before we start coming up with ideas for businesses to create, I decided to put some criteria together first. The idea of the criteria is to find what the parameters of this new business idea would need to be.

I'm building a brand new online business from scratch and I'm going to take you on the journey with me and share what I’m learning and what I’ve discovered along the way.  The catch? I don’t have any experience building an online business, or a following and still work full-time. Maybe this will be a flop. Or maybe it’ll be a huge raving success. Who knows.
