Annddddd we're back! This episode is all about the incredible country star Charley Pride. Charley was the first black country artist and a trailblazer for those artists that proceeded him. Unfortunately, Charley passed away due to Covid related complications December 12th, 2020, almost a month to the day of him performing Kiss an Angel Good Morning at the CMA Awards, and we really wanted to honour his life on this episode. We will be sharing some of his very cool life history, a bit about what his songs are about, and of course giving you some fun facts. SO let's get to it!!! Thanks for listening!
