Change The Conversation

Bring the word 'Change' to mind—and what happens? You cringe. Or duck. Or just keep moving. Why? Experience tells you that taking change seriously is a setup—a bait and switch.

Heartfelt motivation and hope lead to apparent progress--until you inevitably stall and return to Square One.

What is the point? Good question!

We're Anne and Jason—two 50-something regular folks who also happen to be psychologists—and we know there are no quick fixes. As professionals we help other people change--but that didn't make changing our own behavior any easier. We struggled for years before losing more than 40 lbs. each in 2007--and we figured out how to keep it off.

We're not here to tell you what to do—because we know that won't help. We're here to share an inside view of how the sausage is made—by changing our own behavior.

This podcast is our attempt to Change the Conversation—because lasting change starts inside each of us. Join us for an unedited and unscripted dialogue and discover a new approach to lasting change.
