All my friends were doing it at the time.    Best advice received Don’t complain and do the best of what you got. - College teammate    The moment First time I ran a 1:47. What I was doing was worth it. He learned how to play his favorite songs on the piano by listening to keep himself interested. Two perfect losing seasons.   The moment Injured players goes back into the game for the win.    Favorite team/player San Francisco Giants and 49ers    Weak side improvement Going over the mistakes in mind, videos, and admitting it.   Getting into the zone Days before the game replays the strengths and weakness’ over and over.   Offseason/season workout routine for the players Summer is half of dryland including range of calisthenics, weight training, and long distance running. Wanted to learn self-defense due to being bullied at a young age.     Best advice Just stay around. Eventually you’ll get better at what you are doing.    Struggle Daily temptations of anything unhealthy.    “I want to keep going" No single defining moment. Many small and ongoing events that has been pushing him forward.   The moment Taking 20 units in college, working part-time, volunteering, but managed it all to win a fight.    Favorite fighter Anderson Silva   Weak side improvement Was not good at ground moves so joined a college wrestling team in order to improve in that area. Getting out of the comfort zone.   Getting into the zone Zone out all the outside factors and not listen to the crowd. Remember the love towards the sport.    Offseason/season workout routine MMA has no offseason. Any open time, goes into dojo to train.   Advice Don’t give up.   Dream match UFC championship.
