I loved reading The Reader's Digest section Laughter, The Best Medicine and it got me thinking... Is laughter the best medicine?  It might not cure cancer, but it is a great mood booster for sure. What makes you laugh? A comic strip, a TV show, a friend? Joe and Asha have a difference in opinion and that makes for a great conversation! Have you heard of Laughter Yoga? Joe thinks I am pulling his leg, but it is a real thing!
