In this programme we interview Vanessa Jane Smith who is a certified coach from the International Coach Academy (international though based in Australia), a Transformational Presence Coach through the work of Alan Seale at the Centre for Transformational Presence, and she is also certified as a Money, Marketing and Soul Coach (Tuscon, USA). She has also worked as a visual facilitator and coach since 2004. She has a Bachelor in Communication Studies (TV) from Auckland University of Technology (New Zealand) winning the Media Peace Award for her documentary “Winter of the Mind” in 1993. She subsequently worked for the NGO Centro de Estudios Sociales y Ecológicos in Michoacán, Mexico for two years creating documentaries for their communications department. She is a certified teacher of English as a foreign language RSA Certificate and a Reiki II Master, graduating in Madrid, Spain, 2002.

He is in his final year of Telecommunications Engineering, and he works as an education system consultant at his own company Ta Systems. In the interview he speaks about the importance of the separation of powers (legislature,executive and judiciary) and about what happens if the separation doesn´t work as it should.
