Swinging Down South Feat @Davidalan82

My husband and I have been into swinging for 20 years. Everything has always been "no strings attached." I was with one man several times before he married his current wife. She's very religious, not into swinging and doesn't know he is. I'm so attracted to "Nick" that I dream about him and have met him outside our marriages. I know it's wrong, but I can't keep him out of my mind. My husband doesn't know, and I know it would hurt him deeply. Should I tell Nick, or quit writing him on our swinging site? -- DESPAIR DOWN SOUTH #ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net Phone: (267) 571-7311

Why Can't I leave him? Feat @gabrielmessages

I've been married to my second husband for 14 years. He's a great provider, but mentally and emotionally abusive. I want to leave him, but I'm scared to live on my own. We both work, but he makes a lot of money -- which I do not -- so I guess you can say, financially I'm comfortable. But I'm miserable. I'm so unhappy I have tried to take my life. He wanted us to be swingers and I finally gave in, and now it's all I hear about. I don't want to do it, but he doesn't care what I want. His kids are mean and disrespectful. We have no kids together (which I want but can't have, and he won't adopt). I feel like I'm wasting my life. I'm 43. I had to have emergency surgery and almost didn't make it, and he resented me for it. Why can't I leave him? Why am I so scared? I have no other family. #ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net Phone: (267) 571-7311

Did I blow it? Feat @matmilam8

So, I am 19, in college, and I'm really just starting to flirt with women for the first time. I'm not good but I'm starting to get better. Anyways, I got this one girl's Instagram and snapchat by talking to her and me and her started flirting and agreed to hang out soon and for some reason, I guess just out of nervousness and excitement, I told her that I thought she was really cute. She hasn't responded since and this was last night. Did I blow it? How do I proceed from here? #ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net Phone: (267) 571-7311

Should I continue this path? Feat. @VaguelyAccurat

So, I would say that my family is in the top 1% and I will inherit about 10 million dollars including properties and monetary value. I will soon go to boarding school in new england which costs 60k a year. Its similar to philips andover and exeter if you know what those are. However as I look into my future I want to be an investment banker and I only care about money. I feel less emotions and I start feeling that cash is what will make me good or bad. Should I continue this path? Everything I've seen tells me money is happiness. Please help. #ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net Phone: (267) 571-7311

Painted in New Jersey Feat @MellaNation

My husband and I have been married for 10 years. We are both in our 50s. Six months ago, I found him with nail polish on his toes. When I asked him about it, he explained that it started in his 20s when a girlfriend painted his toes, and he liked it. He has been painting his toes ever since. He said he doesn't wear polish all the time, but he does it for himself and he likes how it looks. I asked if he was a cross-dresser, and he assured me he isn't. I'm not sure how I should feel about this. I'm writing for opinions from you and others. I can't turn to my friends because I don't want this to become small-town gossip. -- PAINTED IN NEW JERSEY #ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net Phone: (267) 571-7311

I'm Desperate Feat @DrJohnMcGrail

I'm stuck. I dropped out of high school a few years ago. I'm 20 years old. I currently work at Walmart and absolutely dread going into work everyday. It makes me so depressed. I even go into the bathroom at times at work and just cry. I want to quit so badly but don't know how well i'll be able to find a new job or try and get my GED and maybe see about college. I'm extremely smart, always was in school. Just didn't put much effort into it near the end of high school because I found it too easy and pointless. Please, any help is useful. I'm desperate for anything right now. #ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net Phone: (267) 571-7311

I don't like my son-in-law Feat Kim

I'm not proud to write this, but I don't like my son-in-law. I think the feeling is mutual. He's arrogant and thinks he knows everything. My daughter and I had a close bond before she married him. That quickly changed. She barely comes to my house anymore, and I don't see my grandkids as often as I'd like. I don't have a car (I'm working on that), and I rely on them for transportation. I don't like going to their house because I don't feel wanted. I tolerate my son-in-law because I know my daughter loves him and I try hard to stay out of their business. What advice can you offer me?#ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net Phone: (267) 571-7311

Accept my new husband Feat @LearnToAdult

I lost my husband a few years ago and am now remarried. Some of my adult children, although they did not want me to be alone and they "say" they are happy for me, have been slow in welcoming my new husband. I in no way expect him to be a replacement for their father. I only wish they would welcome him into their lives as they would anyone else's spouse. They don't have to love him. I ask only that they respect him and acknowledge that he's part of my life now. Wishing him a happy birthday and happy holidays directly would go a long way to making him feel accepted, as would more general communication. He has tried on numerous occasions to show an interest in their lives, but he receives little acknowledgment in return. His children have welcomed me into their lives. This has strained and changed my relationship with my children. I just want a family again. Is it asking too much of them to accept my husband as part of the family and to treat him that way?#ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net

I feel embarrassed Feat. @gabrielmessages

I'm a young man in my mid-20s, and I have a deeper voice than my stature would typically suggest. Close friends even get thrown off when I talk to them if they haven't seen me in a while. I'm fairly happy with it, and people often ask if I do radio or voice acting. I run into problems, though, when strangers comment on it. If someone says, "Wow, has anyone ever told you that you have a great voice?" or something of that nature, my first impulse is to make a joke about it. If I'm not quick enough on my feet, however, I often catch myself saying something like, "Yeah, I get that a lot," or, "I know," both of which sound egotistical, and I feel embarrassed afterward. Is there a way to acknowledge the compliment that doesn't come off so pretentious?#ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net Phone: (267) 571-7311

Confession Radio Interview Feat @MellaNation

Interview with Mella Barnes!   Confession: I'm a 13-year-old female and I can't find a job. My mom is cheating on my stepdad. I feel like I have to be as independent as possible right now, otherwise I won't be able to do things. I need to raise money for a camera. Photography is my passion. It's all I want in life. It's the only thing I'll ever love, besides my grandma, who is 72 with dementia. Please help. I'm in a very big pickle. Is there any point to living? How do I get a job at 13? How do I confront my mother? Why can't my grandma be cured? Why is my life the worst thing about me? Please help me. -- ANONYMOUS TEEN IN THE MIDWEST #ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net Phone: (267) 571-7311

Father of two Feat @ChrisKidawski

I am a father of two girls. Both of them no longer see, talk to or contact me. I'm divorced from their mother. She cheated on me after she went back to work and met a man she decided was her soul mate. That was 17 years ago. I haven't talked to or seen my ex in all those years, and slowly both daughters distanced themselves from me until there was no relationship at all. On Father's Day, my birthday or Christmas I never hear a word from either one. I tried numerous times to be a father to them. My youngest was recently married and didn't invite me to her big wedding. I had been saving money over the years in case one of them needed help with a home or wedding. I have to say I am hurt. What could I have done to be a father when they didn't want me in their lives? I talk to people and they keep telling me stories similar to mine. Is this common? #ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net Phone: (267) 571-7311

What can I say to my Grandfather? Feat @Raindancelife

I have been going home more and more to see my ailing grandfather. He remains very upbeat and asks me why I have traveled so far every time I visit. He doesn't have much time left and has been told this; however, it doesn't seem to be sticking. Driving 300 miles isn't the hardest part about going home. It's not knowing what to tell him when he questions me. What can I say to my grandfather? His mind is still there, but his body is betraying him. #ConfessionRadio Twitter: @ConfessionRadio Facebook: ConfessionRadio Webs: www.confessionradio.net Phone: (267) 571-7311
