Now I want you to think about how you started your day today. Did you snooze your alarm 1,2, more times before you eventually woke out of bed. What time is your alarm set for?I want you to think about how you feel when you wake. Do you wake & constantly feel rushed, thrust into the day & overwhelmed? Have you noticed that this can lead to residual feelings of not showing up as all you can be in each and every moment.Or are you leaving time to create the space in your morning that will set you up for success in your day?What does your day look like? Have you ever noticed how the way you started your morning has affected the rest of your day?Now I want to ask you, What do you want to create? Are you hoping to create greatness in your life?Perhaps you dream of creating a business, a blog, a passion project?Maybe it’s to get your best ever health, body & energy? DO you want more money, better relationships, more time, to leave a legacy & make an impact?Now ask yourself, what are you doing each and every day to move that dream forward?Our behaviours each & every day, are simply habits. Some we must cultivate, and others we must consciously undo. It is our daily habits that will determine which direction our life goes. If they move you forward towards your goals or if they hold you back. It is important to know that all of our behaviours are habits.Now think about it in your life. Are your daily habits leading you closer, or further away from the life you are wanting to create. On top of that, are you even CLEAR on what your ultimate life looks like?We must take personal responsibility for what we want to create in our life. So I ask you, where do you want to go in your life? Now work backwards, what is it going to take to create that in your life from where you currently are?Now it is time for the juicy & simple how to.How to install empowering habits in your life: - Firstly, get CLEAR on what you are wanting to create. Like we mentioned above, is it your body, your business, relationships, money? Know your goal & what you’re working towards.- Get so committed and connected to what you want, make it SO real for you- that you are driven and pulled forward towards that goal. - Know WHY you are working towards that. It has been said many a time, once you know your why, the how will take care of itself. So it is crucial to understand and be connected to why you are wanting to get to your goal. Get connected to the joy you will feel when you are making progress towards your goal.Now you have the joy, next you want to get super clear on what it is costing you to NOT have that goal. If you don’t get your health, body, relationship, more money, time, create that business- what is that going to cost you in your everyday life? Lost opportunities, regret, sacrifice, get clear & connected on all the pain not making this happen in your life will cost you. When you stack the pain of not achieving with the pleasure of achieving your goals- then you will feel so much emotional fuel you will be thrust into action.For example, connect to how good it feels when you are eating well, exercising regularly, have ample energy to achieve everything you want in your day, can fit all your clothes in your wardrobe.How much more of yourself do you show up as, how much more do you create in your life when you’re in this place?Do you take more risks, go on more dates, see more friends, do more activities?Now stack that against how low you feel when you have not been taking care of your body.Struggling to find clothes to wear in your wardrobe as nothing fits and everything that does doesn’t make you feel good.How restricted do you feel in your life when you’re living from this place?What are you missing out on? What is passing you by? How disengaged are you with your life?Maybe you want to create a business or passion project but you are not taking action towards this daily? Get real- what would you receive if you were moving forward on this?You would make more connections, be surrounded by inspirational ideas & people, you would feel expanded and fulfilled by the progress you were making on your dreams.What is it costing you not to act?The daily feeling of knowing you could be showing up more, giving , learning, growing, contributing more. Costing you freedom to create life on your terms, costing you the depth of experience that life can truly offer you. It is costing you the feeling like you are sacrificing yourself for something other than what is truly important to you.There is always a price to pay in life, a price to pay for achieving a goal, but don’t be fooled to think you are not paying a price for staying idle. You must decide which price you would rather pay.Now it is time to set up the daily success habits. These are things that will allow you to stay focussed, committed & in action around your goals. Some of my favourites are early mornings, exercise, gratitude & intention & action setting. So recap: Get clear on the goals you are working towards, understand why you want them in your life. Use the why for your goals and the pain of not achieving to drive you forward towards them. Cultivate the habits that are going to facilitate you achieving them.Now all you need to do is commit, follow through and watch as your entire world changes.Sending courageous consciousness,Em x
