Softening expectations allows more reality-based information through. Needing to be “right is one of the most reality-limiting beliefs; the brain is designed to make you believe you are right so that you don’t get mired in indecision. How many times were you sure you were “right” but updated your  believe later? Understanding that being “right” is a brain survival strategy helps you soften the need to be right and become more open to what is true. You’ve probably heard the ideas “trust your feeling” but that means something very different from trusting your emotions. Feelings and emotions both give information and sensation. Feelings come from intuition and  awareness, and give you a current sense of what is happening and what you need to know in the present. Emotions come from learned opinions and judgments as well as subconscious conditioning and rise with an urgency for action or reaction based on learned triggers from the past. Yet, many people interpret “trust your feeling” as meaning “trust your emotions.” But following the actions and reaction of your emotions can get you into real trouble. In this conversation with Theta Healer Katie Kieffer, learn the critical difference between them and how to use them for a more wisdom-filled life. Plus, these juicy topics: Feelings are ever present, but quiet and you can best hear them when you learn to bring emotions into a state of neutrality. Emotions and thoughts are loud, urgent and compelling, and because they also trigger the body’s hormone and stress system. The information and call to action they give passes once the biochemical reaction fades, so acting on them often feels very good in the moment but often leads to further problems. As we evolve into higher vibrations. we will likely have more harmony between thoughts and emotions, because we will be less reactive and have less urgency and more calm with emotions. Your Soul’s Free Will Overrides Your Free Will with Katie Kieffer

We’ve all been taught we have free will, but what happens when our personal free will is out of sync with our Soul’s free will? Whaaaaat, a Soul has free will? Of course! You can think of your body and physical self as part of your Soul sort of like a projected image of Soul energy. Since the Soul is timeless, the container of your whole story already exists, and you are living out that story moment by moment in time. You Soul’s free will created you and the container of your life, and it is the Soul level free will that bring you the situations and challenges that provide an opportunity to experience and expand. Your human free will can choose how to respond to what happens, but has little to do with orchestrating the situations for you to respond to. Whew! Plus, these juicy topics: Surrendering your personal free will to your Soul your Soul will orchestrate your most satisfying life, even if it looks different than your human self would imagine. Our human desires are often based on conditioned desires rather than Soul-level desires. A primary use of human free will is in how you respond to the situations that arise. Most of life is outside our influence or control, but our response is always within our direct influence and control. Surrender is generally the opposite of the “go out and get what you want” that we’ve been taught, but both Katie and Kristine and many others have found that when they pursue the path of achievement, they operate in disharmony with their Soul. From awareness, the social justice movements are best supported by continually surrendering into awareness and acting from choiceless choice, of letting go of specific outcomes (which come from personality) then being present together in conversation, collaboration and cooperation to find out path in the unfolding awareness. That you can't change your life or the world without changing yourself and making small, simple changes like rearranging your furniture or a cupboard can help create personal neuroplasticity to embrace changes in the external world. What's the point? was the despairing feeling that plagued Energy Healer Miché Meizner as she fell asleep each night, despite having a great life. The experience of despair,  dissatisfaction and of feeling that no matter what you do it will never be enough is "up" for lots of people these days. These emotions, as well as "not enoughness" in all forms, feeling like a victim and other common core wounds are part of the human condition at this point in our evolution. In this way they are impersonal, because we all experience them. They are also highly personal because, we each attach our personal story and experience to them when they rise in us. When we learn to allow the emotional experience without getting lost in our personal story, we release the emotion for ourselves as well as humanity.  Plus, these juicy topics: Emotional waves of collective energy are flowing through everyone right now, as part of our collective transformation.
