Studio Diaries - Playing All In

Today is a new type of episode. Typically I have a live audience in the studio, and I invite a guest in to have an epic conversation about their journey as a creator.  But today's episode is a little different. From now on each week, we will add an episode to the podcast called The Studio Diaries. These will be short episodes where I share personal and transformational stories from my past to help you get to know me better as a creator. These experiences have shaped me and I hope they offer some insight into my journey. I would like to share a story with you that taught me the value of going all in, which occurred approximately 10 years ago. I hope you enjoy it! In The Studio With Steve Ryan

This week, we experienced a minor hiccup and had to find a guest replacement on short notice. I was supposed to interview Russ Ruffino, but we faced a minor scheduling conflict and had to reschedule the interview for next week. With no backup plan and a live audience of 40ish people waiting to listen to this epic conversation that's no longer going to happen, I quickly looked into the audience and noticed this one creator who has been absolutely crushing it lately, especially inside our community at Gary Club. On a whim, I texted Steve and invited him to speak on stage. Thankfully he accepted, and we dove into this amazing conversation about time freedom and the power of having the choice to live life on your own terms. Steve Ryan is an actor, best-selling author, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, podcaster, singer, and songwriter. He is a top community member of and Gary Club and is the creator of the Freedom Coin and the Freedom Community. In this episode, Gary and Steve discuss the importance of time freedom, what freedom means to him, and how freedom can look different to everyone. Steve Ryan shares his strategies for growth, including omnipresence, incentivizing community engagement, and fostering a mindset shift. Steve highlights the importance of being true to oneself as a creator and embracing individuality.  Steve encourages creators to be authentic, build genuine relationships, and focus on opportunities that align with their values and passions. Throughout this episode, Gary and Steve discuss topics like:  Freedom and time-freedom Life as a creator and the power of community Omnipresence and social media growth strategies Time freedom and being able to live life on your terms Why you must be real with your agenda and your intentions Why you must learn how to be yourself to attract what you want Your flow and how to make your flow fit you Your mindset and why it matters (How often do you check your mindset?) Are you open to advice? + Why you don't know everything  What it's like to be a member of Gary Club and being a member of The Freedom Community Learn more about Steve Ryan: You can connect with Steve and the Freedom Community through SteveRyan.com  **The Freedom Community engages in various activities like airdrops, social connector campaigns, and bounty programs to encourage participation and sharing.  Become a creator at Gary Club Join our community Check out Gary.club Follow Gary Henderson on Twitter Support the show

But what's cool is he only did this after he fully embraced and stepped into who he is as a person. Ray gets vulnerable with Gary and shares how even though he hit all of his impact goals and revenue goals and made millions of dollars, he still felt like something was missing and like there had to be more to life, which led him on this journey to Christianity. He even shares his struggles with childhood abuse, what it was like being broke and lost, and how he overcame crippling anxiety. "Let me never be too busy serving strangers and neglect my own."
