We're back after an involuntary hiatus. We weren't kidnapped or anything, just had a long overdue recording snafu! In that interim period, we decided the podcast is now about real estate. Hopefully you all are into that!

Or at least that's what he tells himself. Plus, a truly, truly, big announcement...

There's a Taylor Swift reference in the first two minutes of this episode, so you know it's gonna be a doozy. 

So we recorded an episode so he could wish him a HFD. 

Matis Miller is the author of 'The Uncontrollable Child: Understand and Manage Your Child's Disruptive Moods with Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills', and the founder, director, and supervisor of The Center for Cognitive & Behavioral Therapy of New Jersey. Matis joined us for a great conversation on his book and the concept of CBT. 

Willie admits he is subjecting himself to yet another hobby, but for the most part just complains about not getting enough attention from Justin. 

Gonzo is an old man and old dad, but he knows how to whip the young whipper snappers Justin and Willie into shape. Somehow we made it to ten episodes!

We couldn't resist talking more about diapers (or the lack thereof) so hopefully y'all aren't tired of that content! Willie also attempts to assert his dad knowledge dominance over Justin and falls incredibly short. 

We discuss baby vaccinations, baby diapers, baby influencers, and Willie shares a deeply hurtful personal experience with the one and only Tom Selleck. 

Justin is gracious enough to let Willie name his unborn child, and we discuss men's skincare routines in excruciating detail.
