As the father of four children all under the age of 14 I don't put my brag tags on my bags. To me brag tags equal bad dad and when I look at them I feel awful. I'm eager to learn how a mother of two teenage sons manages it all. I think there is a lot to be learned by a guy like me from Nayan.

Frank believes in living life to the fullest. He's teaching counselors how to work with genocide survivors in East Africa. He's received a chicken as a gift by a grateful African landowner. He's eaten goat-head soup. And he'll run a half marathon around a gravel track in Antarctica if the weather holds up but, per international law, he's forbidden to step in any penguin poop; he must avoid it at all costs.
