Impostor syndrome is a very familiar complex we as minorities can carry from the words others have spoken into our lives and beliefs we've instilled in OURSELVES due to how we've percieved others actions around us or in the media. you feeling inadequate is a societal issue not yours. the social culture or socialization of accolades and achievements to PROVE validity is becoming the only defining factor im a world where God's anointing should come 1st and foremost. 🫶🏾💜✨️

Being an independent mind means allowing yourself to redefine what has been normalized despite its effect on the psyche, spirit, emotions and mind. Stress is known as a silent killer but may just be a visceral reaction to change thus healing especially for Conscious Black Souls: Melanated HSP, Epaths and lightworkers/chosen. *trigger warning stay ready so you ain't gotta get ready. As you are renew through the mind, it will try to deter you from the truth that will set you free because fear of change is unbearable to its survival eventhough its for you own good. So be ready to combat that resistance and prove your mind wrong.🫶🏾💜✨️
