The Pirates new Jersey’s are LIT! But also, Derek Jeter & Larry Walker are officially MLB Hall Of Famers. Kudos to them, but here’s an incoming hall of fame rant. The Astros cheated. We discuss the ramifications of everyone involved, as well as what it could potentially mean in 2020 around the league. Lastly, we just fixed baseball. MLB will have the competition it needs to push itself for better itself, the minor league teams who are losing their MiLB affiliation will be saved, and the youth will find the game much more enjoyable to keep the game alive for future generations. We just created the XLB and are looking for investors!

What do you get when the MLB Offseason slows down? Fire AB music talk! Geddis is certainly feeling this new song by AB. It’s ok, we get to some baseball here. What is the reasoning behind such a slow trade market this year? Teams hoarding prospects? Tyler says it’s a copycat league so look no further to the team who just won. Tyler presents a question - as a kid who did we all think was really good (potentially on a hall of fame track) but as we got older we realized they just really weren’t good? Who is Garrison Lassiter and why is his story so amazing? We talk why Derek Jeter has ruined another persons life.

Christmas, the Fortnites, & matching outfits begins our show. We then get into the possibility of the automated strike zone. The umpires have agreed to work with MLB in regards to utilizing an automated strike zone. When will it come? What does it mean for the game? We talk about the not so obvious factors that it will effect. How far is too far for trolling as a fan? With the recent Isaiah Thomas issue, do fans go too far at sporting events?

First, we got to catch up from Thanksgiving. One of us was invited to a friends house and purchased brand new Tupperware just to be prepared to take lots of food home with them from that particular friends house. The Winter Meetings have passed and boy were they lit. We dive into most including the huge Gerrit Cole contract as well as what the Mets & Pirates are doing. Lastly, Tyler presented a question on twitter to what the craziest sports story was of the decade. We discuss this while reminiscing of some other crazy things that happened.

The trio returns this week! This show exemplifies what we do best - go off the rails. Tyler AKA Wagstrodomas touts his impeccable betting record this season. Some shade may be thrown at Smitty from Around The 412 in regards to this. Hell, tons of shade is thrown because Geddis now chirps in on how Trash Katz has dominated their Draft Kings tourney each and every week, and then DiNardo chimes in on the fact that Herb finished dead last in the NS9 Fantasy Baseball League. This is where the show goes off the rails where we talk everything from college football, to Lamar Jackson being overrated, to North Side Notch being a well below average Pittsburgh Pirates blog ;-) From there we transition to the mass layoffs happening at Sport Illustrated and what it potentially means for the giant sports publication companies. A Geddis free episode (Almost) Tyler has to get his alcohol takes in real quick before we start the show. The HOUSTON ASTROS. Back 2 Back champs? A stupid co-host may think that. Either way, can this team be stopped? We dive into the other playoff teams and talk about what team may have the best shot. Speaking of the Astros - who wins this year's Cy Young Award? It is clearly down to just 2 people. Does the award belong to Gerrit Cole or Justin Verlander? Since we are in a bad mood talking about Gerrit Cole, Charlie Morton, Tyler Glasnow, and Austin Meadows, it's time to discuss the horrific news about Felipe Vazquez. Lastly, Geddis couldn't make the show because he was at the Jaguars game, but he made sure his presence was known. He left us with a video to play as he has some major things to get off his chest surrounding the Jaylen Ramsey situation. Afterwards, Tyler & DiNardo discuss how this mentality plays into baseball and all sports.

Tyler had a filled weekend as he went to a music fest for his friends bachelor party. Now that he's BROKE broke, why is his mom all in his ear? We kick off the Baseball talk with reasons why Tyler is aggravated with Pirates twitter over Andrew McCutchen. Seems like every time there is a Marte comment its followed by some Cutch slander. Speaking of Marte - DiNardo continues to hammer why Marte is a good player and people are dumb. Aaron Boone going off on the ump's and the audio is amazing? Geddis might agree, but why does MLB need more of this? Inject more manager rants into our veins. MLB Trade rumors...Sondergaard on the move? We are people who love to see the world burn. Returning for another show during the All Star break means there is little to talk about in the game of baseball - statically speaking. That doesn't stop us from beefing with each other as well as bringing beef to our live viewers and local bloggers! Tyler begins this show ranting about how much he literally hates the training of his new job. (Stupid millennial amirite?) With it being the break, there was one thing that was really exciting this week - at least to DiNardo - the Home Run Derby. Vlad crushed it but it was Pete Alonso that won. With the new format, is the Home Run Derby back in the way the Dunk Contest was rejuvenated? The Cincinnati Reds came through drippin' this weekend wearing jerseys without sleeves. You hate to see it, but MLB is maybe starting to do things right? They are nowhere close though as we still debate on the marketing issues baseball has and discuss if Ken Griffey, Jr. is still the last marketable player the MLB has seen. Finally, we hear the audio of Jake Arrieta and Todd Frazier from this past weekend. Jake was none too happy with Frazier being upset about being hit by a pitch and stated he will put a dent in his head. This can't be good, right? Does it add to the rivalry? Not a ton has happened since last week's trade deadline. The Yankees were swept by the Red Sox and now everyone is panicking about the one game Wild Card. Tyler met one of our followers this weekend (because we are extremely famous, people!) while he also met a lady friend he was unfortunate to get pics with.
