We continue in the series as we expound more on God's design for the local church in the world.

The local church is God's plan. Every Believer is meant to belong to one because we are part of a family - the Body of Christ. While our salvation is personal, God designed the Body of Christ to ensure that each one is helped and supported for spiritual growth by others in the family of God.

Christ, before he went up to the cross, promised the outpouring of the Spirit. The one who had been with the disciples would now be in the Believer. It pays a whole lot to give attention to the Holy Spirit and develop a communion - fellowship - with him.
