110Kg The size of an average giant panda or two Scarlet Johansons (according to my secret sources) A lot of grown men would struggle to deadlift that off the floor  It’s a decent chunk of size let’s be honest  Todays guest LOST IT  Yes that’s right compadre, he lost 110Kg  Not only that but kept it off and is here today to tell us all about the epic journey he went on  Working 36hour days as a top brass in the corporate world… Stressed out to f*ck… Travelling all over the place…. In the world of “feeling good” there are a few things you’ll hear people go on about all the time  Eat good grub.…. Have decent kip….. Manage stress better…. And all that vejazzle. Something that’s also ALWAYS on that list are those two words - “Morning” and “Routine” “Oh hey man, just sort your morning routine out, it’ll solve all your problems and probably cure world famine and Cornavirus at the same time”  But is a good morning routine really necessary? Is it as important as people say? “I saw the Stanley knife and thought 'go on, just do it'” Our very good pal Dave Watson came on the show this week and man he’s got some tales to tell Back in the day, in the times when he wasn’t the chilled, grinning, Bristolian chappie that he is now…   …in the day when he affectionately refers to himself as “Fucked Dave”… He was an angry bastard  A tough home life saw fighting and violence a regular occurrence, one night getting slashed across the face  Depression, panic attacks, suicide and even thoughts about harming his own kids.
