Former Monarch employee turned friend, Todd, joins me for an epsiode on living life in LA. A transition from a small town to big fish to big city small fish and the navigation that is required to be successful here. So glad I had the opportunity to pick his brain before he departed back to the midwest!

After what I'm calling a brief hiatus, I'm back and better than ever! Realistically, I'm back and want to just continue the fun. It's always a good time whenever I sit down at my lil desk and record a little diddy for the fans. So sit back, turn up the volume, and enjoy!

I pride myself on being an optimist. This episode had me reflecting hard on the past 6 months and truly what life is for me. I am in control of this life whether the results are good or bad. I'm going to take a breif hiatis from podcasting through the summer months just to get regrounded because, I am my #1 priority! I appreciate y'all more than you know.

When Im on i'm on and this episode, it felt on. Im not talking about ways in which I've become better or that I feel I have growth and ways you can grow too, but it's felt more like just a word vomit of me, and who I am. This isn't easy. At all. Trying to be this person of great depth and growth when in reality, I'm not always growing. I'm not always feeling secure. On top of that TO DO A PODCAST ABOUT IT EVERY WEEK? Damn, I'm my own hero! This is probably top three episodes for me because of how organically it happened. The universe presents itself in mysterious ways and I definitely felt that with this epsiode. I felt up in the clouds on this one. Just absolutely great week of grwoth and realizations. They just keep coming and honestly I'm here for it. As the season winds down, I find myself reevaluating my podcast to figure what direction I want to take it for next season and so far I'm realizing that the direction I want to go in is just forward. A perfectly vague enough answer where I can figure it out as I go but still feel like I'm being successful. How do you define success? Let me know!

It's interesting when you have a recoreded conversation with your partner this way because I knew a lot of what she was saying but also was learning more about her just as y'all are. Simply put. It's happening again. I'm stepping into my next chapter. I'm realizing what I want even more clearly now. This. Is. Scary. We got this!

I've recently been thinking about what kind of legacy I want to leave behind. What do I want to be known for? And why? It's a big question that I haven't fully flushed out. I think that I want people to think about the impact I left on them in a more positive than negative way. But that's not good enough. Leaving positivity isn't enough for me. More! I want to do MORE! I got HELLA sun this day. Decided to take myself on a little beach date and wow it was something special. Although my towel was too small for my body and the wind was a little much for my persoal preference, I didn't let it stop me from vibing and enjoying myself. I dive more into my self developement where I'm figuring out my relationships in my life. Who belongs in what category of my life and who deserves my energy. I'm also discussiong how it's really cool when people express compassion or interest in you when you don't expect it. Especially members at a gym you just started working at. Lastly, yes I have a gf again and i'm beyond stoked. We're figuring it out y'all :) Enjoy!

Having imposter syndrome suuuux! I have felt like the most confident person lately but still fell victim to the imposter syndrome mindset. And not just recently, but a few times before as well. I suppose it's just another challenge I'm being faced with where I do belong and don't need to doubt myself so much. We'll see, but I'm starting to believe I am exactly where I'm supposed to be. I had the opportunity to sit down with my former boss and now friend, Alejandro. He is a native Angeleno that has lived a very different life than I have, and yet he has been a mentor/motivator through 2022 helping me expand my mind to think differently about situations. In this episode, we discuss how we met, what brought us closer at work, and ultimately how our friendship continued to grow due to a shared experience. Diving further into the expanding my mind aspect, Alejandro is someone that has encouraged me to see my potential. Hope y'all enjoy!

Trying a few new things this week! However, I had some serious trouble doing this podcast. I wasn't feeling motivated. My head wasn't in it like I thought it would be. My discussions point weren't blending well. This feeling of anxiety and frustration were consuming me, so I put it out there into the world (instagram) to see what my people and followers thought I should discuss. After a few minutes I was given great feedback and one thing that stood out was talking about my mental block and that sometimes, these mental blocks happen to even the most prepared. Next step, working towards ways I can work around the mental block. Warning!!! This episode is a lot of figuring out and trying to walk myself through the situation. This was a fun episode to record, but also felt different because I felt myself rise higher in my ascendance of life. Gosh darn it I just can't stop with the growth. Although I recorded this a couple of weeks ago, it still is a good episode. I try and be authentic in each of these and this episode felt really good to record. This new wave energy that I've been feeling keeps resonating with me every day and in every way. Kidding kidding because I'm trying to not be as absolute with my words, but conversations keep coming up organically that resonate in ways that I am continuously realizing. I love the title of this one haha it makes me feel like it's some type of Office episode. The epiphany is about my literal epiphany I had last week and my self discovery is happening faster than I thought. HOWEVER, this is a continuous thing and I am just grateful for being able to feel it. Like really really feel it. Life is a wild ride y'all and I'm doing my best out here. 

Duuuude what a week its been. I'm trying everyday to get a little better and be a little stronger. This episode goes into the act of telling stories and how I really need to work on my confidence around this. I have a lot to say but sometimes don't have the full guidance in my mind to get it out in the most effective manner. This podcast is hopefully going to help with that.
