The #1 Breakfast Mistake That Almost Killed Me

The #1 Breakfast Mistake That Almost Killed Me

Today, we’ll discuss how to break bad breakfast habits with 9 healthy breakfast tips! 1. Some people drink too much coffee in the morning, but that's not always the problem. Coffee beans are one of the most sprayed crops behind cotton and tobacco. Adding sugar and non-dairy creamer with seed oils worsens the problem. The simple solution is to always choose organic coffee. 2. Most orange juice is pasteurized, which destroys the vitamin C. If you’re drinking orange juice for breakfast, it’s likely that you’re just drinking sugar water. 3. Carb-heavy breakfast foods significantly spike blood sugar. Your body produces insulin to lower the spike, causing low blood sugar, leaving you feeling tired after breakfast. Switch to a protein breakfast! Opt for eggs, bacon, cheese, whole-fat yogurt without sugar, steak, or burger patties rather than the typical muffins, pancakes, cereals, etc. 4. Consuming fruit and nuts for breakfast will likely leave you feeling hungry midmorning. This leads to snacking, which raises blood glucose and spikes insulin throughout the day. 5. Peanut butter is often consumed for breakfast, but many contain sugar and hydrogenated oils. Always check the label! 6. Avoid cooking with seed oils for breakfast. Opt for healthy cooking oils such as butter, olive oil, coconut oil, or lard. 7. Check the labels on your breakfast meats. There are many hidden sugars in breakfast foods, especially breakfast meats! 8. I used to recommend drinking kale shakes with fruit for breakfast, but this is a mistake. A healthy breakfast should always contain high-quality protein. 9. Eating when you’re not hungry is the #1 worst breakfast mistake! We’re often taught that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but this isn’t true. You’re fasting while you sleep, so most people aren’t hungry when they wake up. Try pushing your first meal to lunchtime to increase the duration of your fast. This can help you tap into fat-burning, boost weight loss, reverse insulin resistance, improve mood, and decrease appetite. The BEST Way to Detoxify a Fatty Liver

The BEST Way to Detoxify a Fatty Liver

It’s often thought that liver damage is always caused by too much alcohol or sugar, but there is something MUCH worse. Pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, plastics, and forever chemicals contain toxic compounds that mimic estrogen. These toxins fit into the estrogen receptors in your cells and activate the estrogen effect in certain parts of the body. These chemicals overstimulate estrogen receptors in the body, which can cause the following problems:•Reduced bile production•Increased risk of breast cancer•Increased incidence of hypothyroidism•Weight gain•Increased breast tissue in men•Increased acne •Decreased sperm count •Decreased testosterone levels •Estrogen dominance in postmenopausal womenThese toxins that mimic estrogen are called xenoestrogens. A healthy liver can eliminate these chemicals from the body, but if liver health is compromised or overloaded, it may be difficult. Avoid xenoestrogens as much as possible, although it may be impossible to avoid them all. You must also support the liver’s ability to detox naturally. A properly functioning liver takes harmful fat-soluble chemicals and turns them into harmless water-soluble particles to be removed from the body.Cruciferous vegetables such as kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, and arugula contain potent phytonutrients that work as a natural liver detox. DIM supplements are a concentrated cruciferous extract that can help naturally cleanse your liver. Some cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli sprouts and radishes, contain the phytonutrient sulforaphane, which can increase over 200 detox genes. It also feeds the gut bacteria that can help you detoxify chemicals. The liver contains a hormone called sex hormone-binding globulin, vital to protect you against excess estrogen in the body. Cruciferous vegetables can help increase this hormone. Here are a few natural remedies that can improve liver function and liver health:•Cruciferous vegetables•DIM •NAC •CholineDr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. 7 Things Destroying Your Health (And How to Fix It)

7 Things Destroying Your Health (And How to Fix It)

1. Loneliness Loneliness related to social isolation causes a chronic elevation in cortisol, which leads to inflammation and an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure. Focus on nurturing at least 3 quality relationships. Prioritize regular social engagement and volunteering your time to help others. 2. Lack of sleep Getting less than 5 hours of sleep can increase your risk of early death by 30%! It also increases your risk of weight gain, cravings, and diabetes by 2 to 3 times. Always aim for at least 7 hours of sleep.3. Refined sugar Processed sugar and starch contribute to liver fat, obesity, Alzheimer’s, and inflammation. Cut sugar from your diet and follow a low-carb ketogenic diet. The Dr. Berg Junk Food Meter app allows you to quickly scan foods to identify the 3 key ingredients in most junk foods: sugars, starches, and seed oils. 4. Industrial seed oils Seed oils create significant inflammation in the body. Avoid processed seed oils and choose healthy oils such as extra virgin olive oil, grass-fed butter, tallow, and lard. 5. Reduce visceral fat naturally Visceral fat surrounds the organs and directly correlates with your longevity. Reduce visceral fat naturally by doing intermittent fasting and keto. 6. Stop snacking Constant snacking makes it impossible for your body to repair damaged cells. Stop snacking and only eat when you're hungry.7. Nutrient deficiencies A magnesium deficiency can lead to high blood pressure, arrhythmias, and muscle cramps. Magnesium is found in leafy greens and pumpkin seeds, or you can take a magnesium glycinate supplement. It’s said that 40% of people are deficient in vitamin D, but that figure could be closer to 90%! Vitamin D deficiency increases the risk of early death and leads to inflammation and depression. You need at least 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 daily. Low choline intake can cause a fatty liver and problems with memory and cognitive function. You need 550 mg per day, and the best sources are egg yolks and liver.Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. ELIMINATE SCIATICA and LOW BACK PAIN FAST

ELIMINATE SCIATICA and LOW BACK PAIN FAST

Sciatic nerve pain can be caused by a protruded disc, scar tissue on the nerve root, arthritis, an injury, or extended periods of sitting. Poor posture, excess driving, and aging can also contribute to the problem. Inversion uses the weight of your upper body to pull down on your lower back, creating negative pressure and increasing blood flow. This also breaks up adhesions and scar tissue. For the quickest lower back pain relief, try intermittent inversion traction. This involves inverting your body for 1 to 2 minutes and then repeatedly returning to an upright position. It can significantly reduce sciatic nerve pain by targeting the nerve, disc, scar tissue, and blood flow all at once. Research has shown that inversion therapy increases flexibility, reduces the risk of surgery for sciatica, and can relieve lower back pain better than medication. If you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, or heart problems, check with your doctor before doing inversion therapy. Start slow with inversion therapy. Begin with a gentle angle of 15–30 degrees for just 1–2 minutes, once or twice a day for the first week. Gradually work up to 5 minutes at a time (in 1-minute intervals) at a 60-degree angle over the next 1–2 weeks. After 3–4 weeks, you can try full inversion for 15–20 minutes, broken into 2-minute intervals, three to four times per week. Intermittent inversion traction will leave you feeling taller with less sciatic nerve pain. You’ll also feel like you’ve had a fantastic stretch! Other ways to eliminate sciatica pain include:•Following a low-carb ketogenic diet•Take 20,000 to 30,000 IU of vitamin D3 and 400 mg of magnesium glycinate (include vitamin K2)•Eliminate omega-6 seed oils from your diet•Perform myofascial stretching You can also perform sciatica stretches without an inversion table! Try the child’s pose with blankets, a wall-assisted leg-up stretch, or lying spinal decompression with a stability ball for sciatic nerve pain relief. Swimming can also be very therapeutic. The #1 Drink to STOP Joint Pain

The #1 Drink to STOP Joint Pain

Today, we’re going to talk about some of the underlying causes of pain, along with the best natural remedies for pain relief. Joint pain and inflammation don’t always signify arthritis! t’s important to understand that natural joint pain remedies will not work if you continue to consume foods that cause inflammation. To avoid joint pain and inflammation, it’s vital to avoid the following foods: •Sugar •High-fructose corn syrup•Seed oils •Gluten •Oxalates•MSG•Maltodextrin•Nightshades (Potatoes, peppers, tomatoes)•Lectins (Beans, peanuts, wheat, soy) Healthy Keto is a great option to help avoid these inflammatory foods! If you’re sensitive to oxalates, it may be caused by past antibiotic use. This can make you more susceptible to joint pain, especially when you consume spinach, chocolate, almonds, and Swiss chard. Increasing magnesium intake can help significantly. Add a teaspoon of turmeric to a glass of half water and half coconut milk for the best joint pain remedy. Add a pinch of black pepper to increase absorption by 2000%. You can also add a scoop of collagen powder for even more joint pain relief! This drink is delicious for most people, but you can add a couple drops of liquid stevia if necessary. Drink this daily. It can also be served warm. This drink works anytime, but try drinking it in the morning for pain relief that lasts all day! Turmeric has been shown to have similar effectiveness to ibuprofen and other NSAIDS. If you’re taking a turmeric supplement for joint pain relief, take 1000 to 1500 mg daily. Turmeric inhibits at least four major inflammatory pathways. Coconut milk has beneficial properties and also helps with turmeric absorption. Collagen helps build up the joints. Boswellia serrata is also an amazing supplement that research has shown to be as effective as NSAIDS without side effects. Walking is the best exercise for joint pain relief, and it has no side effects. It can also extend your life! STOP Eating for 3 Days

STOP Eating for 3 Days

Today, we’re going to talk about the benefits of fasting. Many people describe feelings of euphoria and bliss after a 3-day fast. Fasting is often done for spiritual or mental benefits, and it’s the only way to achieve deep cleaning in the body. Extended fasting is also a great way to exercise willpower. One of the most significant risk factors for cancer is age, due to the cumulative damage to your cells. Cancer tends to grow into areas of inflammation and low oxygen, and fasting is one of the most potent ways to reduce inflammation. Cancer can not live on the ketones that come from fasting. Ketones support your brain and even activate genes that extend your life. Extended fasting may prevent cancer, so aim for a monthly 72-hour fast. Fasting significantly lowers insulin. Your body can not grow a tumor when insulin is low. To further reduce cancer risk, increase oxygen by going for long walks while fasting. Exercise significantly increases oxygen. Growth hormone also increases while you’re fasting, which helps you burn fat and preserve muscle.

How I FIXED My Terrible Sleep

How I FIXED My Terrible Sleep

Sleep detoxifies our brains! Refined sugars, junk food, and late-night snacking can interfere with sleep. If you want better sleep, eat earlier in the day. For the best sleep, have your last meal around 5:00 p.m. If you're waking at night to urinate, intermittent fasting and a low-carb diet can help. Inflammatory foods, such as grains, can also interfere with your sleep. High carbohydrate diets increase your need for vitamin B1, which reduces anxiety and tension. Kefir contains probiotics that can build up serotonin, which turns into melatonin, the sleep hormone. L. reuteri yogurt also contains helpful probiotics to improve sleep. Consume ½ cup daily; it doesn't have to be before bed. Try the following tips for better sleep to help you wake up early feeling refreshed and energized:•Sleep in a 65 to 68 degree room•If you have cold feet at night, try sleeping with warm socks•Plants in the room can help oxygenate the space and improve sleep•The darker the environment, the better Light inhibits melatonin. Blue light from your computer or phone stimulates energy, while infrared lighting helps you wind down. Around 50% of the sun’s rays are infrared and can penetrate several inches into the body. Infrared light helps you make vitamin D, which is vital for sleep and increasing melatonin. Since culture has pushed us away from sun exposure, sleep quality has declined. Alcohol will make you feel tired, but it interferes with deep sleep. Caffeine, tea, coffee, and chocolate act as stimulants and prevent sleep. Increase exercise to improve sleep. Stretching and massage can also help you relax. Here are a few more deep sleep tips that can significantly improve sleep quality:•Sleep on your right side•Focus on nose breathing •Reduce stress for better sleep•Ensure adequate sodium intake to maintain healthy cortisol levels •Increase potassium intake •Consume magnesium glycinate powder 1 hour before bed •Sound machine •Binaural beats •Use essential oils (Spikenard, vetiver) Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. The 10 Dangerous Foods RFK Jr. Just BANNED

The 10 Dangerous Foods RFK Jr. Just BANNED

1. Artificial food dyesThere is no benefit to having toxic, artificial food coloring in our foods. The Delaney Clause prohibited the use of any food additives shown to induce cancer in humans or animals; however, in 1996, the Food Quality Protection Act effectively reversed this clause, allowing these chemicals back into the food supply. 2. The SNAP ProgramRFK Jr. is actively working to eliminate junk foods from the SNAP program. He is receiving a lot of pushback, even from unlikely sources, like the American Heart Association. 3. Titanium dioxide This ingredient is banned in France for causing DNA damage! It can enter the brain and has been identified as a carcinogen. RFK Jr. is actively working to remove this ingredient from the food supply. 4. Brominated vegetable oil This flame retardant has nothing to do with vegetables! Although it’s still used in American soft drinks, BVO has been banned in Europe, Japan, and India. 5. Potassium bromateThis possible carcinogen is used to fluff up dough, yet it’s banned in 30 countries, but not in the US. 6. High-fructose corn syrup This corn-derived sweetener can lead to liver damage, a fatty liver, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and more. Many activists have been working to get this banned or limited in the children’s school system for some time. 7. Seed oils The average person consumes 25 to 30 percent of their calories from seed oils. They cause inflammation and other toxic effects, and can linger in the body for over a year after consumption. 8. Ultra-processed foods Ultra-processed foods contain synthetic starches, synthetic sugar, and seed oils. RFK Jr. aims to remove these foods from children’s lunches, hospitals, and assisted living homes. 9. Artificial sweeteners Sugar alcohols are made by fermenting natural ingredients, while artificial sweeteners use chemicals like petroleum. These sweeteners cause significant damage, including an alteration of your gut microbes and cancer. 10. GRAS The GRAS (generally recognized as safe) loophole allows industries to do their own testing to determine if a product is safe. Is Expensive Bacon Worth It?

Is Expensive Bacon Worth It?

The average commodity bacon at the grocery store is affordable, but is the more costly bacon worth it? Once a pig is weaned from its mother, it’s sent to a feedlot, weighing about 40 to 50 pounds. It will then live in a 7-square-foot area where it will be fattened to over 250 pounds in 3 to 4 months! Commercial pigs are fed GMO corn and soy. They’re also given drugs in the US, like ractopamine, to quickly increase muscle growth before slaughter. This drug is banned in 90 countries! Laws protect the privacy of these farms, so it’s difficult for the public to discover what truly occurs there. When bacon is processed, artificial smoke flavoring, salt, sugar, water, and MSG are typically added. This process is not generally used for high-quality bacon.Nitrates are chemicals that act as antibacterials and flavor enhancers. When exposed to high heat, however, they can turn into carcinogens. Singing Pastures is an excellent source of pasture-raised bacon. Pigs are rotated in small pastures to allow grass to regenerate. In Spain and Italy, pigs are often fed acorns. Pork is also cured to enhance flavor and quality.Pork is one of the best sources of vitamin B1. Pasture-raised pork contains vitamin D and trace minerals such as selenium and zinc. Lard is a healthy fat and, if it comes from a properly raised pig, is a great addition to cooking and baking. Overcooked bacon can create carcinogenic byproducts. Avoid this by cooking your bacon in the oven or air fryer. To counteract carcinogens, cook your bacon with olive oil, garlic, and onion. Avoid microwavable bacon! Castor Oil for Your Face (Nature’s Botox)

Castor Oil for Your Face (Nature’s Botox)

Castor oil has been used for over 4,000 years! It’s been found in ancient Egyptian tombs and in Chinese and Indian medicine. When shopping, look for an organic, cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil packaged in a dark bottle. Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid, which is not found in any other plant. It can help eliminate dark spots and wrinkles and is very hydrating for your skin. It can penetrate all three layers of your skin and can even dissolve lumps in some cases. Castor oil benefits are best seen with consistent use. To see results, use castor oil three times per week for at least 30 days to 6 weeks. Potential health benefits of castor oil include the following: •Increases growth and thickness of eyelashes and brows •Removes skin tags and warts with the help of iodine and garlic •Boosts the immune system •Helps dissolve tartar •Reduces pain from arthritis •Reduces liver congestion and increases bile flow Castor oil penetrates the skin, so you can use castor oil packs on the ovaries or breasts to help address cysts. DMSO can help castor oil penetrate the skin more deeply. Magnesium oil is also a helpful addition to castor oil. Try dipping your face in an ice bath before applying castor oil. A 48 to 72-hour fast replaces dead cells with new cells and can have a multi-layer effect on your skin. A healthy diet is also essential! Castor oil can improve stretch marks and scars and boost hair growth. Massage castor oil into your scalp to reduce dandruff and dry scalp. Jamaican black castor oil is the best option for your hair and scalp. Massage castor oil into your feet to address inflammation systemically and use topically to reduce pain. Castor oil can cause early contractions during pregnancy, so use with caution. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. Why You Are TIRED All the Time

Why You Are TIRED All the Time

1. Lack of sleep You could feel exhausted all the time simply because you lack sleep. Alcohol, overtraining, and eating too late can interfere with sleep. Chocolate consumption can increase theobromine, similar to caffeine, which can interfere with sleep if consumed too late. Try taking magnesium one hour before bed to help you relax. Vitamin B1 is also vital for quality sleep. Did you know that going outside in the morning to watch the sunrise can improve your sleep? Try it! 2. Cellular hypothyroidismThyroid hormones go into every cell in your body, controlling metabolism and energy levels. If your thyroid is not working properly, you will likely experience fatigue. Increase selenium to improve thyroid function. Brazil nuts, sardines, shellfish, and grass-fed liver are excellent sources of selenium. 3. StressA severe stress, such as the loss of a loved one, can cause your immune system to shut down because of the cortisol spike. This allows latent viruses like the Epstein-Barr virus to come out of remission and cause chronic fatigue syndrome. High doses of vitamin D can help. Try making your own L. reuteri yogurt, one of the best remedies for high cortisol. Increasing magnesium and sodium and taking long walks in the woods can also reduce cortisol levels. 4. Histamine overload An enzyme in your body naturally breaks down histamine. Alcohol, medications, and gut damage can inhibit this enzyme’s function, increasing histamine levels. Avoid aged cheeses, vinegar, canned fish, and fermented vegetables if you suspect a histamine sensitivity. 5. Blood sugarConsuming high amounts of carbohydrates or sugar during the day often leads to blood sugar fluctuations at night. Frequent night waking decreases energy during the day. Carb consumption depletes vitamin B1, which can cause restless legs syndrome, waking you up. 6. Sleep disturbances Sleep apnea and being too hot or too cold can interfere with your sleep. Frequent urination caused by too much snacking or too many carbs can also be the culprit. 7. Protein intake If you’re not consuming enough high-quality protein, it could be the reason you’re feeling exhausted all the time. Try adding more protein to each meal for a significant improvement in energy. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio:Dr. Berg, age 60, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. The BIGGEST LIE You Were Never Meant to Find Out

The BIGGEST LIE You Were Never Meant to Find Out

Today, I’m going to tell you about the biggest food lie that could be ruining your health. It can take decades for dangerous foods to be removed from the food supply. Crisco is an alternative cooking oil developed in 1911. It's made from repurposed cottonseed oil, traditionally used for lanterns. The trans fats found in Crisco cause the most damage to the heart, brain, tissues, and cells. When first developed, there were never any safety studies on trans fats. It took over 100 years to get them banned! Similarly, it took 90 years to get asbestos off the market. DDT, a toxic pesticide, took 30 years to be removed from the market. Glyphosate, fluoride, sodium nitrate, and saccharin are still used in the food and water supply, despite significant health concerns. Biosolids are repurposed sewage waste used as fertilizer to grow our food. Dent corn is an inedible, GMO field corn used to make over 4000 different products, such as animal feed, high-fructose corn syrup, maltodextrin, modified food starch, synthetic vitamin C, and seed oils. It is not heart-healthy and causes inflammation in the body. Are carbs essential? No! This is the biggest food lie and the most damaging. Most chronic diseases in the US are caused directly by high-carbohydrate diets. Lowering your carb intake can produce the most significant health benefits. Keto is attacked because it works! A keto diet can help reverse type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, mood disorders, cognitive dysfunction, and more. Most Americans have at least one chronic disease. Our dietary guidelines should include a low-carb diet as an option. Although the guidelines are often ignored by the general public, doctors can be penalized for recommending diets outside of them. Why Is No One Talking About This?!

Why Is No One Talking About This?!

In this video, I’ll show you how to make an inexpensive anti-aging face mask that will leave you with youthful, glowing, tightened skin. To make this face mask, gently whisk an egg white, and apply a thin layer to your face. Allow it to dry for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water to remove the face mask. To take this face mask to the next level, add egg yolk! Egg yolks contain vitamins A, D, E, K, B vitamins, and choline. They also add healing and regenerative benefits to the mask. Adding a teaspoon of organic plain yogurt to this face mask helps support the microbiome. It’s also beneficial to increase egg intake. Eggs are a superfood and the highest-quality protein you can consume. If you're going to fry your eggs, fry eggs in olive oil, butter, or coconut oil. Autism Is NOT Caused By Vaccines

Autism Is NOT Caused By Vaccines

They call it “settled science” that vaccines don’t cause autism, so then what causes autism? Wikipedia says there’s no known cause, and that it’s most likely genetic and possibly environmental. There’s no known cure, and it’s heavily emphasized that vaccines don’t cause autism. So let’s take a look at the facts. Dr. Coimbra, a Brazilian neurologist, found that people with autism have chronic inflammation in the brain that’s not related to a microbe or a pathogen. It’s also important to note that 70% of autistic children have higher rates of autoimmune conditions. Vaccines do not create an adequate immune response without an adjuvant. Aluminum compounds are the most commonly used vaccine adjuvants. Research shows that aluminum is toxic on multiple levels. Its neurotoxicity manifests in learning, concentration, memory, and speech deficits. When injected with a vaccine, it also crosses the blood-brain barrier. From 1980 to 2023, vaccine rates, aluminum exposure, and autism rates have significantly increased. In 2023, 1 in 36 children were diagnosed with autism and had the most aggressive vaccine schedule to date. Children are exposed to 5000 mcg of aluminum by age 6 with the current vaccine schedule. Most studies on vaccines use aluminum adjuvant placebos or other aluminum-containing vaccines in the control group, which is problematic. Other developed countries without such an aggressive vaccine schedule are not seeing the same levels of autism. Similarly, the Amish community, which is largely unvaccinated, has very low rates of autism. Dr. Coimbra utilizes the following protocol to reduce the symptoms of autism. 1. 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 2. Propolis 3. Oral silica (monomethylsilanetriol) 100 to 200 mg 3 times per day 4. 4 grams of glycinate for hyperactivity A low-carb diet can also be beneficial for children with autism. Dr. Coimbra explains that the kidneys do not eliminate aluminum when injected with a vaccine. It remains in the organs and within the immune cells, and enters the brain carried by these cells. I Used to Eat One of These… Until I Found Out the Truth

Discover healthier alternatives to your favorite junk foods here: https://drbrg.co/4kOaY8A Parmigiano Reggiano is a cheese made in Parma, Italy. It’s a grass-fed cheese made with high standards not seen in American Parmesan cheese-making. Grass-fed cheese is loaded with microbes that come from the soil. Cows need the help of microbes to digest the fiber in the grass they consume. These microbes produce byproducts from the grass that help nourish the cow. The process of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese-making also involves microbes! Parmigiano Reggiano is made from 3 ingredients: high-quality cow’s milk, salt, and an enzyme that turns the milk into cheese. U.S. Parmesan cheese also contains potassium sorbate. Parmigiano Reggiano is a raw product without fillers or preservatives that's aged at least 12 months. There are no aging requirements for Parmesan cheese. Some Parmigiano Reggiano is aged for 14 to 24 months, or longer. Microbes consume lactose during the aging process, so the finished product is often lactose-free. Parmigiano Reggiano has the following health benefits: •High in glutamate •Contains bioavailable calcium and phosphorus •Helps build glutathione, a potent antioxidant that supports liver health •Reduces blood pressure •Contains butyric acid, which supports brain health Parmigiano Reggiano has the highest amount of vitamin K2 compared to all other cheeses. Vitamin K2 redirects calcium in the arteries and joints to the teeth and bones. Parmigiano Reggiano contains MK-7, the most bioavailable form of vitamin K2.
