Based in Edinburgh, Alex brings the warmth of the Mediterranean to his brilliant bar, filled to the brim with over 60 different Amaros all imported from Italy by Alex himself. We then talk to Charlie from Dunnett Bay Distillery to try out their award-winning vodka Holy Grass. Primarily known for their signature gin Rock Rose, Dunnet bay have caused a stir in the vodka world by making a truly premium handcrafted vodka, winning the UK's Best Flavoured Vodka at the World Vodka Awards 2021!
