Trust & 'Responsible AI” with Lisa Talia Moretti

In this episode Berry sits down with Lisa Talia Moretti, a digital sociologist and responsible AI practitioner whose career has granted her access to big tech companies like Adobe, Mindshare, as well as the UK Ministry of Defense and Justice. Together, they ask how we can navigate artificial intelligence ethically and responsibly while facing important questions around social impact on jobs, environmental pitfalls, and a flood of AI-generated misinformation. Lisa and Berry offer an urgent perspective on how businesses need to take a sober second look at digital governance and systems creation. Together they can flex their power as participants in the AI revolution, a shift that may redefine the future of civilization itself. This episode was recorded as part of Trust in the Age of AI, a live conversation from Small Giants Academy’s webinar series, where we explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping trust, cohesion, and the fabric of our shared future, in preparation for the Wisdom & Action Forum 2026. Human Fracking, AI, and the Capture of Attention with D. Graham Burnett

Dr. D. Graham Burnett is a historian of science, writer, and professor at Princeton University — and one of the most alive thinkers working on the question of what it means to be human right now. You may know him from his searing piece in The New Yorker, Can the Humanities Survive AI? — but his work goes much deeper than that. He runs the Strothers School and the Friends of Attention, a nonprofit dedicated to reclaiming the human mind from the forces actively trying to colonise it. He’s also co-author of the very recently published Attensity! This episode captures the live Q&A from Berry and Graham's webinar, Human Fracking: AI, and the Capture of Attention — part of Small Giants Academy's Trust in the Age of AI series, building toward the Wisdom & Action Forum in May 2026. Graham is a generous, humorous, and unguarded guest — fielding hard questions from our live audience, going deep on attention as a spiritual practice, on the impossibility and necessity of fighting back, on what it actually takes to have real conversations about these issues. True attention, he says, is a condition of freedom. That's not a metaphor. That's the whole argument. Want to turn this wisdom into action? ‘Truth, Trust and Transparency’ with Facebook whistleblower Frances Haugen

In this episode Berry sits down with Frances Haugen, the renowned Facebook whistleblower and global advocate for transparency and accountability in social media. Parliaments, and other global bodies, challenging Big Tech’s lack of accountability and championing the vision that technology can serve the common good. This episode was recorded as part of Trust in the Age of AI, a live conversation from Small Giants Academy’s webinar series, where we explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping trust, cohesion, and the fabric of our shared future, in preparation for the Wisdom & Action Forum 2026.
