My family tree includes a bit of Bedouin blood. Therefore Arab Stomp is… ...Dedicated to all my Arab brothers and sisters wherever you may find yourselves. To those who walk the path of non violence. To those who resist the temptation to turn religion into a platform of hate. Dance efendi dance. Dance hanimefendi dance. For you are chosen to liberate us all from the destruction caused by the injudicious among us. Barakallah Feek.

ALOHA CHANT by Kumu Kea AKAHAI E NA HAWAI'I Kindness to be expressed with Tenderness LOKAHI A KULIKE Unity to be expressed with Harmony 'OLU 'OLU KA MANA'O Pleasant are your Thoughts HA'AHA'A KOU KULANA Humility to be expressed with Modesty AHONUI A LANAKILA Patience to be expressed with Perseverance A-L-O-H-A Knowledge and wisdom are found in Aloha. Aloha starts within ourselves. The key to ALOHA is to first apply it in our hearts, next our minds and the final step is to act on it. The Kahunas taught us that when the heart and mind are working together, that is when we are LIVING ALOHA. These are traits of character that express the charm, warmth and sincerity of Hawaii's people. It was the working philosophy of native Hawaiians and was presented as a gift to the people of Hawaii. So you can see... Aloha is more than a Word It's a Spirit A way of Life A warmth in caring with no obligation in Return It reminds us no matter how things may not go our way that we should consider the other person and try to put ourselves in their place and understand from their perspective. "Aloha is to learn what is not said, to see what cannot be seen and to know the unknowable." ~ Queen Lili'uokalani ~
