‘Holding Yourself’ is a common word in the mindset world. I didn’t know what it was or that it was actually a thing a few years ago. But once I learned more about it, and how to do it; it benefited my own journey. Holding yourself is an incredibly powerful way to build self-trust on your journey; whether you are healing, changing, or working towards the life that you want.
